The first step is to create a budget sheet.

Include your expenses such as your podcasting host, software expenses, equipment (add an amount for electricity and space if you are being really detailed), outsourcing costs, and your time. How you value this is up to you. 

Then add eight columns for income which include:

• Sponsorship

• Advertising

• Affiliate income

• Crowdfunding

• Membership

• Merchandise and resources

• Speaking opportunities

• Consulting and Coaching
